I have watched documentaries on Ants. These are very interesting small creatures. They are not big. They compensate for their small size by playing a numbers game: They can take down a large prey with tiny but many bites, what is called death by a thousand bites. Watch a video on Slugs kill ants and you will understand what i mean. TAKE AWAY: Process is necessary to develop capacity. Process is continued focused actions in an endeavor. When we talk about process however a tiny element is important: PROGRESS. Like the ants, tiny focused continued actions in your journey to be a good developer will help you be the developer you want to be. Be relentless. You will not be an amazing developer in 2 weeks or a month: You will become it after sometime. Put in the work daily and progressively. Wake up, put in the efforts daily and remember ants! Remember that your daily actions are literally you taking small bites off a huge object(what you want to be).
